Go Back to Class of 1985
Warren "Chip" Roy
Late Spouse: Cynthia (Freze) Roy (Class of 1980) Passed Away in 2008
Children: Sarah E. Roy. Age 20 (Class of 2012) While in Bible School: Some outside ministries Ministerial Involvements: Quite a few. I have been an evangelist with the exception of the eleven years that I pastored a small country church in Virginia which was from 1989 to 2000. I pastored a small country church, Gid Brown Hollow Pentecostal Church. It was in Rappahannock County, Virginia near little Washington, VA. Most of the years that I have been a preacher I have worked another job, though I have been fulltime evangelizing since Feb.2010. Most of my present ministry is out in the Midwest in such states as Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, etc. I still preach quite a bit in the area from Carlisle, PA down to Greenville, VA. I am also a writer and have had several articles published in such publications over the years as Morning Glory, The Bible Friend, The Holiness Messenger, The Fountain, and some others too. I do lots of writings over the internet and if any one wants to read some of them please feel free to contact me. I will gladly send them to you. I am hoping to get a book together. I wrote some fictional stories about an evil squirrel named Cray Z.! My goal right now is to find someone who can do some drawings for it! I am hoping to get out and do some more preaching in some more areas of the country and my main goal is to pastor again. I also would like to get some of my articles put in tract form and I hope to do some books or booklets on some doctrinal matters. Currently: As I said I am presently an evangelist. My main goal now is to help churches and reach souls for JESUS! Plus I am a writer too! Most Influential People: The most influential person I had at Bible School would be none other than an upper classmen Bro. Lloyd Shuecraft. We are still friends after all these years. Bro. Beam was very influential. Bro. Dutka was too. Another one I always found influential was the late Bro. Fred Goldizen. It was amazing how often the LORD would show me something from the Bible and shortly afterward Bro. Goldizen would show it too! God used him a lot to confirm a lot of what the LORD taught me! |

_"[Bible School] was GREAT! I went in the Bible School a charismatic. But now I believe in Old time Holiness!
I did get to know some very interesting and good
people while there.
As I look back I wish I would have prayed more,
studied the Bible more and made more use of the library.
I wish I would have read more of the books they had while
there!"
